The establishment of Anthony Fiore Construction, Inc. in August 1981, was the beginning of a tradition of excellence in custom residential and commercial construction. Tony Fiore has built a reputation as a reliable and honest businessmen, with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
As a Custom Home Builder, we can work with you to complete your dream home. Our "in-house" design division and state certification in swimming pool construction allows Anthony Fiore Construction to offer you a complete Florida home package.

Tony has twice received the prestigious Southeast Builder's Conference Aurora Award for excellence in the most energy efficient division.
The Fiore's also received the Grand Aurora Award as Best of Show in all categories.
Florida Power & Light presented Anthony Fiore Construction with a meritorious award for attaining the highest rating in the history of their "Watt-wise" building program.

Our Team
Tony and Nancy Fiore
Anthony Fiore attended college at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematical Engineering.
In October of 1978, the Fiore family moved from Batavia, NY to Englewood, FL, where Tony extensively pursued the study of southern construction techniques and the use of optimum energy efficiency.
The Fiore's have been in the residential construction business since August 1981, when Tony received his State Certification.
He has since gone on to garner three additional State Certifications in the field of solar technology, pool construction and plumbing.
He is one of a select number of Florida contractors who hold multiple State Certifications.
This enables Fiore Construction to offer you the best in a safe, reliable home which exceeds the required codes.

Esther Maisch
Esther works as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.
Due to her expansive knowledge of Florida and all its beauty, Esther is the ideal person for all your Real Estate needs.
She is also our Client Coordinator, who can assist you in color selection, interior decorating and landscape design.
Esther speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian, in addition to German, her native language.
As a former Office Manager in a Swiss architect's office, Esther is very knowledgeable in all the phases of home construction.
Since 1993, Esther has chosen Southwest Florida as her second homeland. In 1999, she moved to Englewood and made the picturesque Gulf of Mexico coast her permanent second home.
Her hobbies are interior decorating, gardening and cooking, in particular.

Andre deQuervain
Andre heads our Design and Drafting Division, working with our clients to achieve that perfect floor plan to begin your dream home.
His 3D renderings will aid you in visualizing the completed project, right down to the palm tree in the front yard.
Andre loves the architecture of Florida single-family homes, and especially the South Florida home style.
Thanks to his knowledge of architecture and computer science, the clients will find themselves exeedingly pleased.
Besides German, Andre also speaks fluent English and French.
Andre has lived in Englewood since 1999.
He has transferred his hobby into his profession ~ or his profession into his hobby: Architecture and Computer Science.

Phil Woronick
Our onsite Construction Supervisor
Phil Woronick hails from Essex, CT, where he worked in a family custom home construction field, specializing in custom detailed trim and cabinetry.
Since 1997, Phil, along with Tony Fiore, has coordinated the onsite progress of our custom homes.
Phil takes great pride in his attention to detail and customer communication and satisfaction.
