In our Office at 1460 South McCall Road in Englewood we would like to
show you, what needs to be considered during the Planning, Design
and Construction of a home in Florida.
When planning your Florida dream home, we offer you the opportunity to meet with our CAD specialist. He will work with you to design your home and draft the plans with the newest AutoCAD software. His creation of a 3-dimensional computerized view, will allow you to envision your future dream home from the beginning of the planning stage to the end of construction. You simply define your desires and we will help to fulfill your dreams.
Unlike other Builders: Anthony Fiore Construction has its own
in-house Design and Drafting Division.
In addition, we have various model homes at fixed prices. Please visit our Our Models folder or see the special Portfolio folder for many custom built Homes.
Englewood and the surrounding areas offer a large selection of properties. Whether it is on the Gulf of Mexico, a canal or creek, a golf course, or in the middle of a subtropical countryside, we offer support in finding the property that is suitable to your desires and needs.
We also have, on staff, our State licensed real estate agent, who stays abreast of the availability of properties in Sarasota and Charlotte county areas. This allows a quick, concentrated search for the properties that enable us to match the right property with your specific criteria.
