 | The CoralKey 3 is built in a Bungalow Style in
European quality.
|
| Thru the impressive entrance you enter the large and
vaulted great room with the dining area, as the center of this very
successful model.
|
| The kitchen is contemporary and functional and
connects the breakfast nook (including its so-called aquarium window)
with the Great Room.
|
| The large sliding glass doors can be completely
opened and "disappear" in the wall.
|
| Beside the three double bedrooms you also find two
bathrooms with "roman showers" in this single-story bungalow plus an
additional third toilet (with entrance from the pool deck).
|
| Thru the large glass front of the master bath you see
the privacy garden. Enjoy a "bath out in the green".
|
| The so-called family room can be used as studio or
television room.
|
| The covered lanai is of course also existing.
|
| Next to the large 2-car garage you find the laundry
with lots of storage.
