Anthony Fiore Construction, Inc. has been
active in the single-family homes sector since 1980.
|
| Tony Fiore understands how to optimize the use of the
suns energy. Therefore, he can offer warm water preparation with solar
cells, pool-heating systems from solar power, or light production in
dark rooms with very functional systems.
|
| The sun in Florida is available in arbitrary
abundance. Why not use her for power production with no
additional costs?
|
| All Anthony Fiore Construction built homes are
constructed with solid concrete block and correspond to carefully
selected interior fittings, and are built with the love for detail to
European standards. A multitude of pleasant luxury is normal for us and
integrated in our turn-key prices. Theres a price range and floor plan
for every dream.
|
| Whatever your lifestyle may be, Anthony Fiore Construction can make
your dream a reality.
|
| Our building projects are accurately built to the
detail and are subject to a daily control during the construction
period. Additionally, to our own company internal checks, the State of
Florida requires depending on the difficulty of the plans eighteen
(18) or more inspections by State licensed Building Inspectors with the
degree of an architect or engineer. These inspections are accomplished
step for step.
|
| After completion of the various stages such as
pouring the concrete slab, sidewall block work, roof framing, etc. - we
inform the Building Department of Sarasota or Charlotte County. They
send an inspector to the job site within 24 hours. Once the inspector
confirms with its signature the by-law-completion of the respective
work, we are permitted to continue with the next construction phase.
|
| In addition to Construction, our Partner Sunny Dreams Factory provides our new homeowners with
personal and expert assistance until turn-key delivery. After you have
