  • The construction of your home is subject to daily supervision and accurately built to the plans detail. Additionally to our company's internal checks, the State of Florida requires over 18 individual inspections by State licensed building inspectors. After each phase of construction, (slab, framing, mechanical installations, etc) the building department is notified and inspected within 24 hours. Confirmation by signature of the state certified inspector then allows us to continue the next phase of construction.
